Memberships

ROTTER RECHTSANWÄLTE are a founding member of Study Group Banking and Capital Market Law within the German Lawyers Association (DAV). The Study Group Banking and Capital Market Law is a group of lawyers who are members in a lawyers association affiliated to DAV and whose professional interest focuses on banking and capital market law. The Study Group has existed since 2003 and about 700 colleagues have joined. Expert meetings are organized and its members are informed about developments in banking and capital market law and connected issues.

ROTTER RECHTSANWÄLTE are founding partners of the lawyers network WIN – World Investor Lawyer Network joined by worldwide leading law firms specialized in the representation of institutional and private investors.
