In the lawsuit against Daimler, a client of Rotter RECHTSANWÄLTE was chosen as model claimant – this case is about the issue of whether Daimler announced the resignation of former CEO Jürgen Schrempp in 2005 in due time. The Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart had dismissed the action, but the Federal Court of Justice set aside the judgment a few weeks ago.”
